Job summary

Executive Home Care of Chester County is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide in-home support for seniors and individuals needing assistance with daily living in Exton, PA. The role focuses on maintaining dignity, safety, and comfort while delivering attentive personal care and companionship.

This part-time position offers flexible morning and day shifts, training and development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must-have compassion, reliability and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with patience and professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Experience in caregiving or CNA/HHA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide companionship to improve quality of life and emotional well-being.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning and organizing.
• Support mobility, transfers and safe ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders and follow care plans as directed.
• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments when required.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to family or supervisors.
