Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in Ivins, UT, at home with daily living activities and companionship.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, ongoing training, and a supportive team. CNA experience is a plus, but training is provided to motivated applicants.

Qualifications

• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks)
• Background check and TB test (or willing to obtain within 2 weeks)
• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation, valid insurance, and good driving record
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Previous home care experience preferred — not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Help with mobility and safe transfers
• Meal preparation and nutritional support
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Transport to appointments, errands, and social activities
• Support clients living with Alzheimer’s or dementia
• Document care using AxisCare app
• Follow all safety and infection-control policies
