Job summary

Executive Home Care of North County Coastal is hiring caregivers to provide compassionate, patient, and respectful in-home care. Flexible schedules with 4–12 hour shifts let you balance work and life while delivering meaningful companionship.

We offer ongoing training, PPE, and a supportive team focused on client independence and family peace of mind. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, CPR/First Aid is a plus, and a high school diploma or equivalent is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor is essential.
• Reliable, dependable, and good communicator required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities
