Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and is seeking experienced caregivers to join a growing team. We provide personalized in-home care for private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES programs, helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

We offer opportunities for additional hours or a consistent schedule, with weekly pay, paid time off after 30 days, and a 90-day performance evaluation. Join us as we expand across Tennessee and support clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member.
