Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and is seeking experienced, dependable caregivers who are ready to make a difference in clients’ lives at home.

We provide personalized in-home care to private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES participants, with weekly pay, both full-time and part-time roles, and a supportive scheduling team across Tennessee. Join us to grow with a company that values care and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required
• Dependable, professional and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
