Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is growing, and we’re seeking experienced, dependable caregivers who are ready to make a difference. Our in-home care helps clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, including VA and CHOICES clients.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with weekly pay. PTO accrues after 30 days, a 90-day performance evaluation, benefits after 60 days, and chances to work with clients across Tennessee as our company expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Must be 18+ and have HS diploma or GED.
• Must pass background and compliance screenings.
• Strong communication and compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation aid
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in client condition
