Job summary
Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is growing and seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to make a difference in clients’ lives. You’ll help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, serving private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES participants.
We offer flexible full-time or part-time opportunities with weekly pay. PTO accrues after 30 days, and insurance benefits begin after 60 days, with possibilities to grow with the company as it expands.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
- Dependable, professional and compassionate.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background and compliance screenings.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
- Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
- Meal preparation.
- Light housekeeping and laundry.
- Medication reminders.
- Companionship and supervision.
- Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
- Following individualized client care plans.
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
- Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
