Job summary

Home Instead in Burbank, CA is seeking caring caregivers to provide quality in-home support. You will build meaningful relationships, assist with daily activities, personal care, and mobility support while ensuring dignity and comfort for clients.

Weekly pay, flexible shifts, and benefits are available. A valid driver's license and caregiving experience are required; bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply, with 24/7 team support and a user-friendly app for scheduling and updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
• Dedicated support from our passionate team, available 24/7.
