Home Instead is actively seeking a caregiver to provide compassionate care and companionship. The role offers weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for training, with support from a dedicated team and a mobile app for scheduling and earnings tracking.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, light housekeeping, and personal care such as grooming and bathing, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care.
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply.
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
