Job summary

Home Instead in West Hollywood, CA is seeking a caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care to clients in the Los Angeles area. You will foster client relationships, assist with daily activities, and ensure safety and comfort during visits.

Earn between $18.50 and $19.25 per hour with weekly pay, benefits eligibility, and ongoing training. A reliable vehicle and patient, caring attitude are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client to provide consistent care.
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
