Home Instead in California is hiring caregivers for immediate openings with weekly pay. Shifts range 3-12 hours; pay $20.50-$21.25 per hour depending on location and client needs, with benefits for eligible employees.

• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing and incontinence support.
• Utilize mobile app for real-time updates on client needs, schedules, and earnings.
• Receive dedicated support from office team 24/7.
