Job summary

Home Instead in Michigan is seeking a caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care. You will earn $15.25–$16.00 per hour with weekly pay and direct deposit, plus eligible benefits and a 401(k) match.

The role focuses on building trusted relationships with clients and delivering personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship. Requirements include at least 6 months of paid caregiving or CNA/HHA/LPN/RN credentials, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to at least two

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN credentials.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client to provide consistent care.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual/multilingual encouraged).
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
• Dedicated support from our team, available 24/7.
• Utilize our mobile app for real-time updates on client needs, schedule management, and earnings tracking.
