Home Instead is seeking a dedicated Home Caregiver in Michigan to provide compassionate in-home care. This full-time role offers $15.25-$16.00 per hour with weekly pay, benefits, and ongoing training.

You’ll build relationships with clients through companionship, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and provide personal care. A valid driver’s license and caregiving experience are required; bilingual applicants are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months paid caregiving experience (non-family) or be CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and incontinence assistance.
• Dedicated support from our team, available 24/7 with our app for updates, scheduling, and earnings tracking.

Connaissances

Caregiving experience or relevant CNA/
