Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors.
• Ability to work independently.
• View vulnerable populations with respect, dignity and empathy.
• Pass background check prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Utilize first aid and knowledge of residents' rights to ensure quality care.
• Drive to appointments or outings with a valid driver's license.
• Show compassion while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's.
• Maintain a clean and safe home, including meal prep and light housekeeping.
