Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a caring Home Caregiver to provide companionship and essential personal care to clients in the community. Earn $16.00–$16.50 per hour with weekly pay and benefits available through the employer.

You will help with meals, light housekeeping, and daily activities while building trusted relationships with clients. Training, sick leave accrual, and 401(k) options are part of the package, plus mileage reimbursement for in-visit travel.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements, including CPR certification (must be Red Cross approved from an in-person course)

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
