Job summary

Home Instead in Florida is seeking a dedicated Home Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care and companionship. Earn $16.00-$16.50 per hour with weekly pay and benefits, including training and holidays where eligible.

You will assist with meals, light housekeeping, and personal care, while building meaningful relationships with clients. A valid driver's license and basic English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Caregiver role requires compassion and respect for clients.
• Willing to complete compliance, licenses or registrations as required.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• English reading/writing basic; bilingual strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and foster client relationships.
• Assist with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Deliver personal care including grooming, bathing, and incontinence support.
• Use our app for scheduling and earnings updates.
