Job summary

Flatirons Flex Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support and companionship in the Denver area. You will assist clients with daily activities, help with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility support while maintaining dignity and safety.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance, a heart for care, and ability to drive or arrange transportation. This position offers meaningful work and the chance to make a lasting impact in clients' lives.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation + valid insurance.
• Prior experience is a plus, but a heart for care is a must.
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation.
• Direct deposit enrollment required.
• Bi-Lingual a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to uplift clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry with attention to dignity and cleanliness.
• Provide mobility support including transfer assistance and positioning.
• Give medication reminders and follow safety protocols.
• Run errands and assist with appointment transportation when needed.
• Adapt care based on individualized care plans.
