Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare in Colorado is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personal care, daily living support, and meaningful companionship in clients' homes. You will help with activities of daily living, meal prep, light housekeeping, and safety monitoring while building trust with clients.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, ongoing training, supportive leadership, and a workplace culture rooted in respect, teamwork, and compassion. Weekly pay coming soon.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout shifts.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the caregiving field.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, client-focused care based on individual needs and preferences
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Prepare meals and light snacks
• Provide medication reminders and support as directed
• Offer companionship, conversation, and engaging activities
• Assist with light housekeeping, errands, and household tasks
• Communicate any changes or concerns to the care team or supervisor
