The Waters Senior Living Management LLC is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents at a Waters community in Edina, MN. Under the supervision of a nurse, you will provide personal care, assist with dining, and perform homemaking tasks while upholding dignity and respect.

We offer paid training, pre-hire shadow shifts, double pay for holidays, PTO programs, a Safe-Harbor 401K match, tuition reimbursement, and a uniform provided.

Formación

• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in English.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn electronic health record systems.
• Compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexible with hours/shift schedules and assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Provides personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring and other care as designated.
• Assist residents in dining.
• Provides homemaking tasks.
• Responds to and reports changes in resident health status and/or recommendations for changes to the resident plan of care.
• Completes thorough daily charting.
• Collaborates with other team members within the community to deliver The Waters Way.
• Other duties as assigned.
