Job summary

The Waters in Plymouth, MN is hiring a Resident Assistant (RA) to support residents with daily living under a nurse's supervision. This on-site role emphasizes compassionate care, dignity, and excellent service in a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and speaking English required or preferred.
• Customer service experience in a care setting is desirable.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to shift schedules.
• Basic computer literacy to use electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning and transferring.
• Assists residents in dining and daily activities as designated.
• Provides homemaking tasks to support independent living.
• Responds to and reports changes in residents' health status.
• Performs thorough daily charting.
• Collaborates with team to deliver The Waters Way.
