Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Little Canada, MN invites compassionate caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to join our intimate 32-unit community focused on Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will provide personalized daily care and bring a warm, person-centered approach to residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience.
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Assist with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergencies.
