Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Little Canada, MN, is seeking Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping seniors in intimate, person-centered communities.

You will work directly with residents to provide personalized care, assist with daily living tasks, support mobility and transfers, help with medications (training provided), engage residents in meaningful activities, and assist with light housekeeping and meals while reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience preferred (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
