Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Prior Lake, MN seeks caring caregivers (CNA/HHA/PCA/RA/NAR) to provide person-centered care to seniors. You’ll work directly with residents, supporting daily living activities and companionship, in a 32-unit community with Memory Care options.

We offer onboarding training at our Arden Hills, MN center, and ongoing leadership support to help you grow. All shifts, including weekends, are available for PT & FT roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (assisted living/memory care preferred).
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
