Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Plymouth, MN seeks caring caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who love seniors and excel in person-centered care. You'll work with residents to provide daily living support, mobility assistance, medication administration (training provided), engaging activities, light housekeeping, and timely reporting of changes to the leadership team.

New teammates complete a 4-day onboarding training at our Arden Hills training center, with ongoing leadership support and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
