Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Caregiver to provide routine daily care to residents in a respectful and compassionate manner, following each resident's assessment and service plan. You will support activities of daily living, mobility, and social engagement under supervision to ensure resident safety and comfort.

The role requires compassionate interaction, adherence to policies and infection control guidelines, and timely reporting of any changes to the nurse or supervisor.

Qualifications

• Be able to act independently and follow instructions.
• Effective verbal and written communication with residents, families and staff.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Knowledge/proficiency with facility EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, mobility.
• Assist with moving and transferring residents using safe techniques.
• Report changes in resident condition to a supervisor promptly.
• Encourage social engagement and participation in activities.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests for care.
