Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADL tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support transfers and movement using safe techniques.
• Communicate resident changes and report to supervisor.
• Encourage socialization and participation in activities.
• Administer medications per provider instructions within certification.
• Document medication administration and any side effects.
