Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide routine daily care to residents in a supportive community setting. You will perform ADLs, assist with transfers, and ensure a respectful, dignified environment in line with each resident's service plan.

Ideal candidates will have a compassionate approach, strong communication, and the ability to respond promptly to resident needs while following safety and infection control guidelines. This is a full-time role located in Oregon.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing and mobility.
• Support transferring residents safely using proper techniques.
• Communicate observations and incident reports to a supervisor promptly.
• Encourage participation in activities and provide care as needed.
• Monitor residents for changes and report to nursing staff.
• Adhere to infection control practices and facility policies.
