Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be needed

• Assist people with personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
• Help participants participate in community activities and achieve personal goals
• Build real, meaningful relationships with participants and families
