Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking caregivers to assist residents in the Assisted Living Program with daily activities, providing emotional support and maintaining dignity. You will document care and follow schedules set by supervisors while ensuring residents' independence and confidentiality are respected.

Qualifications include 1+ year in senior care, English proficiency, and possibly CNA/CHHA licensing depending on state. DailyPay and comprehensive benefits are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• English proficiency sufficient for duties and emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks safely in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort services, and other daily living activities.
• Follow the resident needs schedule set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect residents' independence, dignity, and confidentiality.
