Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is hiring compassionate Caregivers and PCAs to provide one-on-one, non-medical care, companionship, and daily living support to seniors and adults with disabilities in their own homes.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of personal care experience, must pass background checks, and have reliable transportation. We offer weekly pay, direct deposit, and benefits including free medical insurance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
• Proof of TB testing required.
• Must be physically able to perform essential duties and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and ADLs.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, laundry, and home safety.
• Provide companionship and encourage independence and social engagement.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe movement in the home.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan and requirements.
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments and errands.
