Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly while protecting each resident's dignity and safety.
• Follow care plans to ensure proper resident care.
• Assist residents in bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and activities.
• Chart and document information and report changes to a supervisor.
• Ensure resident safety and respond to alerts.
