Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate, quality care. You will assist with bathing, grooming, meals, mobility, and transport, ensuring safety and dignity at all times.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and a Nurses Aide certification or be willing to obtain. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, and strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications required.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred.
• 1+ years of caregiving experience preferred.
• Must have strong written and spoken English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals and mobility.
• Provide safe transport and help with transfers using proper techniques.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report promptly to supervisors.
• Support residents’ social, emotional well-being and participation in wellness programs.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety, privacy, and regulatory guidelines.
