Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Wheaton, IL is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on daily living assistance, follow ISP plans, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. You will engage residents through conversation and activities while supporting dining services and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Paid training and career growth opportunities accompany the role, with a pay range of $15.50–$19.40 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
