Sunrise Senior Living in Illinois is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful connections with residents across our communities.

As a Caregiver you will assist with ADLs, follow ISP, promote safety and dignity, engage residents in daily activities, support dining services, and communicate with families. We offer paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth to help you shine in your role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
