Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Naperville, IL is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents. You’ll assist with ADLs, follow ISP, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through everyday conversations and activities.

This role focuses on building meaningful relationships, supporting dining services, and keeping a clean, welcoming environment. Requirements include a HS diploma/GED, CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain), and strong communication.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
