Job summary

Discovery Villages Trinity is seeking a Care Giver/Medication Technician to enrich residents' lives through hands-on care, medication administration, and compassionate support in a home-like setting.

The ideal candidate is patient, communicates well, and works effectively in a team. A high school diploma or GED is required; CNA certification and CPR/First Aid are preferred; must be 18+ with flexible full-time or part-time shifts, and a commitment to safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to provide personal care and communicate effectively.
• Experience delivering compassionate care to seniors is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and supervision for residents, assisting with activities of daily living.
• Administer and observe medications, document accurately, and report concerns promptly.
• Monitor resident conditions and record changes in health or behavior.
• Engage residents in enrichment programs and life skills activities.
• Maintain clean and safe environment in rooms and common areas.
• Respond to call bells and ensure safety compliance.
