Job summary

Discovery Senior Living is seeking a Care Giver/Medication Technician in St. Augustine, FL to enrich residents' lives through compassionate daily care and medication support.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health changes, and collaborate with a caring team to maintain a safe, home-like environment. Certification in CNA preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CNA certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and supervision for residents, assisting with activities of daily living.
• Administer and observe medications per policy, document accurately, and report concerns.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the team.
• Engage residents in activities to support well-being.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary environments in rooms and common areas.
