Job summary

Discovery Senior Living is seeking a Care Giver/Medication Technician to enrich residents’ lives with hands-on care, medication administration, and supportive companionship. You’ll help residents with daily activities in a safe, home-like setting, while documenting needs and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a CNA certification preferred, and CPR/First Aid is a plus. The role offers full- and part-time schedules and growth opportunities within our national

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate good judgment

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and supervision for residents.
• Administer medications and monitor treatments per policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and home-like environment.
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare staff about care needs.
