Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• TB testing as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical caregiving duties, including lifting, bending, standing, and assisting residents with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Administer medications and treatments as delegated by nursing staff and in accordance with state regulations.
• Monitor residents for medication effectiveness, side effects, and changes in condition.
• Maintain medication security, accountability, and proper storage procedures.
• Accurately document resident care, medications, behaviors, intake, and observations.
• Collaborate with nursing and other teams to ensure continuity of care across shifts.
