Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma and/or equivalent.
• Successful completion of state-approved Certified Medication Assistant training.
• WA CNA certification required; Certified Medication Technician preferred.
• Valid CPR certificate preferred.
• Six months healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Support meals and dining assistance.
• Monitor and record vital signs per care plans.
• Communicate changes to nursing leadership.
• Assist with light laundry and linen changes.
• Keep resident apartments tidy and safe.
• Complete care documentation accurately and timely.
• Perform treatments within scope as ordered by a physician.
• Stock supplies and support the nursing station.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
