Job summary

Neighborhoods of White Lake, part of Trinity Health Senior Communities, is seeking Care Assistants/Med Techs to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care. You will help with daily activities, monitor medications, and support social engagement in a warm community setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a nursing facility setting preferred.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Passion for helping others with a positive attitude and sense of humor.
• Excellent communication and collaborative spirit.

• Medication management: assist in administering medications and monitor health conditions with a keen eye and a caring heart.
• Engage and Inspire: promote social interaction and enhance the well-being of our residents.
• Team Player: Work alongside a dedicated team, supporting each other and fostering a positive atmosphere.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of experience working in a nursing facility setting is preferred
• Previous experience working in long-term care or with the geriatric population preferred.
• A passion for helping others and a big heart!
• A positive attitude and a sense of humor...we love to have fun while we work!
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
