Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a nursing facility setting preferred.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Passion for helping others with a positive attitude and sense of humor.
• Excellent communication and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to residents, ensuring comfort, dignity, and happiness.
• Medication management: assist in administering medications and monitor health conditions.
• Engage and inspire residents through social interaction and well-being.
