Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Oregon is seeking a full-time Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, mobility, and meal assistance.

You will follow care plans, maintain resident dignity, and ensure safety while delivering compassionate, team-based care in a friendly, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Nurses Aide certification preferred.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Background checks per regulations.
• TB test results within required window.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities per care plans.
• Bathing, dressing, hygiene, grooming, mobility assistance.
• Mealtime assistance and serving meals; tray delivery as needed.
• Follow safety transfer techniques and use equipment properly.
• Document observations and report changes to supervisor promptly.
• Encourage participation in activities and social engagement.
