Job summary

MBK Senior Living is hiring a Full-time Caregiver for Assisted Living in Oregon. You will assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, meals, mobility, and safety checks, delivering compassionate care in a hospitality-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA preferred.
• Nurses Aide certification preferred and current first aid certification.
• Background clearances as required by regulations and health screening with negative TB test.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly while maintaining each resident’s self-respect, personal dignity, and safety.
• Read and follow care plans to ensure proper care is being given to residents.
• Assist residents in daily living activities including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, activities and mobility.
• Provide assistance at mealtime with selecting meals, serving, and clearing.
• Transport residents safely to meals and activities; assist with transfers.
• Conduct regular safety checks on residents.
