MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver CFL to support residents in our Oregon communities. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, hygiene, meals, and mobility, while upholding dignity and high service standards.

Shifts run 6:00 pm to 6:00 am on select days, offering opportunities for professional growth within a supportive, hospitality-driven environment. A strong commitment to care and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Caregiver responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities.
• Must read and follow care plans and communicate changes to a supervisor.
• Must be able to lift 40+ pounds and assist with transfers.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Background clearances as required by regulations; health screening and TB test results.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals and activities.
• Maintain resident dignity and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Monitor safety, respond to alerts, and follow fire drills.
