Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services or direct care preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene.
• Support participants who have behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Help participants participate in community activities and daily living.
• Encourage participants toward personal goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop caring relationships and provide supportive supervision to participants.
