Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC d/b/a Avamere Living in Yakima, WA is seeking a PRN/On Call Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, emotional support, and safety. Shifts vary across day, evening and night at Avamere Englewood Heights.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, meal preparation, companionship, housekeeping, health monitoring and advocating for residents’ well‑being.

Qualifications

• Experience in Caregiving in Memory Care or Assisted Living preferred.
• CPR/First Aid Certification during employment or ability to obtain.
• Food Handler's Card required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and support transfers.
• Assist with meal preparation and kitchen duties as needed.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Monitor health and vital signs, reporting concerns as needed.
• Respond to resident calls for assistance and support staff as required.
