Job summary

IVY PARK AT MURRIETA is seeking a Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities and to enhance independence and quality of life as part of a compassionate team. The role offers a pay range of $17.00-$18.00 per hour and benefits through Oakmont Management Group.

Responsibilities include ADL support, prompt response to resident needs, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment. Training is provided for the right candidate with a focus on elderly care and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living as per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Notify supervisor immediately of any changes in resident condition.
• Maintain a safe environment by following safety standards for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.
