Cheer Home Care, LLC is actively hiring caregivers in La Jolla, San Diego County. The role pays $20–$23 per hour with overtime after 8 hours.

Weekend shifts (8–12 hours) offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth. As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you will provide compassionate non-medical home care, including companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation, to elderly and disabled clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to drive client in own vehicle and manage transportation duties.
• Certifications such as CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid or AED are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and non-medical home care to elderly and disabled.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, toileting, grooming.
• Transport clients to medical appointments and run errands as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment.
