Cheer Home Care is hiring Home Care Aides for morning shifts in La Jolla, San Diego County. Earn $20–$23 per hour with overtime after 8 hours. Choose 8- or 12-hour shifts and join a supportive team delivering non-medical services to the elderly and disabled.

The role involves helping with daily activities, providing companionship, meal reminders, transportation, and light housekeeping, with a focus on dignity and respect. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Mobile phone with internet access required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Preferred certifications: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, and AED.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, personal hygiene).
• Provide companionship and engage in conversation.
• Assist with meals and medication reminders.
• Provide transportation to appointments and social activities.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a warm, tidy environment.
